Mr. Gurudas sabaji Desai
Mr. Gurudas Sabaji Desai is the visionary founder behind the legacy of Chaitanya Holdings. A distinguished architect from the 1963 batch of Sir J.J. School of Architecture, Mumbai, he brought together strong design principles, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of urban development that laid the foundation for a trusted real estate journey. With a passion for quality construction and thoughtful planning, he entered the real estate development sector in 1979 under the name Chaitanya Group. Through dedication, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, the group steadily built a reputation for delivering dependable residential and commercial developments.
His forward-thinking approach focused not only on creating buildings, but on developing spaces that offered long-term value, functional design, and lasting trust for families and investors alike.
Carrying this proud legacy forward, Chaitanya Holdings was established in 2018 with the next generation leadership of Mr. Krishnakant G. Desai and Mr. Nityanand G. Desai, bringing a renewed vision centered on premium living and luxury homes in Mumbai.
